16x2 LCD Module Black Characters RGB Backlight.
This is a 16 character by 2 line display with a cool RGB background with black characters, with the standard HD44780 chipset.
It works great with any microcontroller (just google AVR LCD, PIC LCD) and it is very easy to interface with Arduino/Freeduino boards using the LiquidCrystal Library
This LCD has 8-bit parallel interface. It is possible to use all 8 bits plus 3 control signals or 4 bits plus the control signals.
